Assessing Student Progress All student work notes, graphs, models, and so forth is stored on the WISE server for teachers to review, grade, and comment on. In addition, some projects include assessments that teachers can use to evaluate their students' progress. Students respond to questions, formulate and critique scientific arguments, and design studies and expeditions, then submit their work on-line! Projects from the WISE library may also have pre- and post-tests available. Teachers can use these tests to measure student learning gains over the course of the project. |
