How long are WISE projects?

Most WISE projects are designed to take about a week, assuming one 45-minute period per day. Some projects are longer because laboratory and other off-line activities are interspersed with the on-line activities. We realize that in most schools, technology resources must be shared between many classrooms, so we have limited the length of projects to make them accessible to more classrooms. Of course, teachers can customize projects and expand or condense them to meet the needs of their students.
